Overview

Currently, performing as a Team Lead for Desktop Services at a pharmaceutical company, I lead a team of PC technicians, provide desktop and benchtop PC support for clients in the Developmental Sciences and Discovery departments, and serve as a primary escalation point to other support resources.

Previously, performing as an I.T. Manager at a financial institution with a VAX/VMS NT network environment, I managed the operational and helpdesk staff, evaluated and supported company-wide applications and technical services, managed and participated in many interdepartmental projects, and developed their Disaster Recovery Plan.
