Roll away the stone and let the love of Jesus shine in your heart

Jesus was born in the obscure village of Bethlehem, the child of a peasant woman and carpenter.

He worked as carpenter until He was thirty.

Then for three years Jesus was an itinerant preacher, teaching people to love our Heavenly Father and one another.

While He was still a young man, the ruling authorities and religious leaders came to fear His popularity and His message of the Kingdom of our Heavenly Father.

So Jesus was arrested, tried and convicted of no crime, yet was nailed to a cross to die. While He was dying, His executioners gambled for His only piece of property - the coat that He wore on His back.

When Jesus Christ was dead, He was laid in a borrowed grave.

He never had a wife and children, nor owned a home. Jesus never wrote a book, nor held any public office.

Twenty centuries have since passed, and today He is still the central figure for much of the human race.

All the armies that ever marched and all the governments that ever ruled put together, have not affected the life of man upon this earth as powerfully as the life of Jesus.

Jesus Christ was the greatest gift to us from our Heavenly Father.

"Love our Heavenly Father with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest of God's commandments. The second commandment is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Laws of God come from these two commandments." - Jesus
